Sol y Luna is comprised of two adjacent high-rise buildings operated as one property, maximizing operational efficiencies. Sol, delivered in 2014, contains 165 units and 389 beds in addition to 9,140 SF of retail. Luna consists of 176 units and 588 beds and was delivered in 2013.
